Details of the Elizabeth Schilling Adjust Your Sails Foundation, Inc.:

As Elizabeth faced her own mortality, she continued to empower others to face their own difficult journeys, often sending text messages or notes. Equally as important, Elizabeth also worked tirelessly to raise money for brain tumor and brain cancer research, selling hand-made hot pads and Adjust Your Sails t-shirts. Over the course of her own battle, Elizabeth saw the impact research had on her own treatments and care, and she was passionate that others would benefit as well.

In her honor, on March 24, 2023, the Elizabeth Schilling Adjust Your Sails Foundation, Inc. launched 15 months after Elizabeth’s death. This non-profit, a labor of love of her family and friends, has two important goals:

1. Raise money to support Brain Cancer Research, focusing on research being conducted in the Midwest, including Indiana, Ohio, and Minnesota.

2. Inspire people to face life’s challenges with a positive attitude and hope through leadership development, self-improvement and educational seminars instilling Elizabeth’s spirit for life.
